Introduction

The Young Professionals (YP) initiative at MAPCON aims to bridge the gap between academic research, industry needs, and professional development. MAPCON 2025 intends to elevate the YP engagement through a comprehensive, multi-format experience.

Objectives

  • Facilitate knowledge exchange and mentorship between experienced professionals and early-career researchers.
  • Conduct skill-building sessions on manuscript writing, intellectual property rights (IPR), proposal drafting, and entrepreneurship.
  • Provide networking opportunities for academic-industry collaboration.
  • Encourage participation in non-technical, interactive formats for holistic professional growth.
