The registration fee mentioned above is EXCLUSIVE of GST @ 18%, as applicable.
You can register online using your Debit/ Credit Card/ UPI or transferring the amount online (wire transfer/ NEFT).
Bank convenience fee will be charged additionally @ 4.50% for all online transactions.
Registration is mandatory & will be only considered as confirmed on receipt of the full amount.
While your safety is of utmost importance, the organisers will take no responsibility for loss of belongings/ valuables or damage to your property.
The registration fee does not include any travel cost, insurance, accommodation, sightseeing tours or airport transfers.

Conference kit/ bag with all conference information.
Access to technical sessions & exhibition area. Accompanying Persons including spouses will not be allowed to attend technical sessions.
Conference luncheons and welcome/gala dinner. Student registration does not include access to Gala dinner
Separate registration is required for respective tutorials/ workhops.

Kindly send the cancellation requests to mapcon2024@ieeemapcon.org, on or before November 15, 2024.
Refunds will be made after deducing the GST amount and the processing fee of Rs. 500/-.
No refunds will be entertained post November 15, 2024; except in case of any travel restrictions imposed by the government. The Organising Committee decision will be final in this regard.
Cancellations or changes will NOT be accepted on the phone. Only written/email requests will be considered.
Refunds will be processed within 30 days after the completion of the conference, if not earlier.
